A Hands-On Experience at VinaGreen’s Clean Rice Factory

During the visit, EDEKA representatives toured our rice processing plant in Thanh Hoa, designed and operated according to ISO 22000:2018 standards and registered with the US FDA. The German guests were particularly interested in our closed-loop production process, from selecting clean raw materials to milling, sterilizing, color sorting, and automated packaging.

VinaGreen showcased not only our modern machinery but also our strict quality control processes, free from preservatives and artificial flavors. Each bag of rice ensures clear traceability, meeting the stringent standards of the EU market. This experience opened up strategic cooperation potential for supplying clean agricultural products to EDEKA supermarkets, the EU, and Japan in the near future.

Impressions from EDEKA

After the meeting, EDEKA shared positive feedback. They were impressed by VinaGreen’s green and clean production model, which adheres to international standards while retaining the essence of Vietnamese agriculture. They especially appreciated our transparency, quality commitment, and structured development strategy.

EDEKA also valued the professional and dedicated spirit of VinaGreen’s leadership, who are steadfast in bringing Vietnamese high-quality rice with low emission closer to global consumers.

Future Collaboration

Through this meeting, both parties discussed the potential for long-term cooperation in exporting rice products such as ST25 VinaGreen, ST25 Special Shrimp Rice, and Dai Thom 8—varieties currently gaining interest in Germany and Europe.

VinaGreen is committed to maintaining standardized production systems and continuous improvements to meet international market demands. This marks the beginning of future rice export orders, where EDEKA and VinaGreen will work together to deliver clean Vietnamese agricultural products to European consumers.
